The Pantry

Over the weekend I had the pleasure of dining at one of my favorite restaurants, The Pantry. The food is a draw card and the spectacular view of Manly beach the icing on the cake. I'm most drawn though to the inviting interior fit out. The use of copper lights mixed with aged leather and limewashed wood infuses the space with warmth no matter what the season.

Cisco Atelier

Cisco Atelier Pieces

Recieved news today that Town & Country Style will be importing the Cisco Atelier range into Australia. I can't wait to get my hands on some of these pieces.

On another note I've had a few technical issues with some of your comments. Even though I approve them they fail to show up on the blog. I promise I'm not ignoring you and will endeavor to sort it out. Comments are always greatly appreciated!

The Beauty of Books

I have a love affair with books. I can't get enough of their magical words that transport you and expand horizons. Reading a novel on the ipad is not my idea of fun, where is the tactile sensation of touching the pages, the delicious fresh paper smell?

Today I received two new books to keep me enthralled for the coming week. Both are recommendations from other Bloggers and I assure you they will not disappoint. After a quick flip through I'm already hooked.
