I know most of you love the "Keep Calm & Carry On" slogan. This take on it reflects my mood the past week to a tee. It's a complete antithesis to the original poster used by the British government. After a hectic few weeks of a busy work schedule, sick child and visiting family I couldn't go past this pocket book when I chanced upon it today. I got a good laugh out of it, I hope you do too.
I want to open an Indian restaurant called Keep Calm and Curry On.
ReplyDeleteLOL!!! Love the way they inverted the crown!

I much prefer this slogan - it's real!
ReplyDeleteI can totally relate! The last few weeks have been beyond hectic, and I confess to having my fair share of freak outs. Everything feels better after a little rant, don't you think? Hope things have settled down for you now, and you can enjoy a little r&r over the long weekend. K x
ReplyDeleteHi Bree,
ReplyDeleteI came over from Emma's blog Faded White Linens when she spoke about yours. I love your style. Your last home was renovated absolutely stunningly. I can't wait to watch what you do in the future. I'm totally inspired and have signed up as your new subscriber

All I want to know is - which font are you using? I love it!
ReplyDeleteI love 'Keep Calm and Put the Kettle On', 'Keep Calm & Carrie Bradshaw' & our favourite (framed & in our 2 year old daughter's room with a picture of a rocking horse): 'Keep Calm & Rock On'
Bree, I admire the way you are still able to design even though you have a baby now. My children are both almost teenagers, so pretty self sufficient but some days... Oh boy! (like yesterday) I find myself 'tearing my hair out' trying to juggle everything... not easy.

Love it! I tend to do just that all too easily unfortunately. I've seem to have lost my British stiff upper lip over the years!
