Hughenden

This weekend I popped into the Hughenden a great Paddington/Woollahra institution. The boutique hotel and restaurant is housed in an architecturally significant period manor. I can't get enough of the new makeover given to the dining space, it has a total new lease on life. The perfect spot for sunday brunch or high tea with some friends. I'm not sure which designer is responsible for the stylish fit out, please drop me a line if you know.

Dark & Stormy

Today I'm feeling a little dark and moody, much like these images of the Stanley Furniture City Club range. Don't you just love the patina on the timber paneled walls! Back in my old days as a buyer I use to order in a selection of the Stanley range. Oh how I miss their beautifully styled catalogues.

Bathed in Light

This perfect Palm Beach house poped onto my computer while I was checking out holiday rentals for the upcoming October long weekend.
